The Onike Framework

Guided by Revelation. Driven by Excellence.

The Framework

An intellectual hub for faith-aligned institutional excellence

The Onike Framework is a strategic, Sharīʿah-compliant institutional development model that promotes excellence, sustainability and effectiveness in Islamic institutions. It integrates strategic management, operational excellence, Islamic finance, ethical governance, AI and digital ethics, research, publications and innovation to strengthen institutional performance and societal impact.

It is grounded in authentic Islamic teachings and guided by the Maqāṣid al-Sharīʿah, ensuring that growth, technology and finance serve both organisational objectives and the broader public good.

The framework is articulated through several interconnected divisions — most notably OFSIF (Strategic Islamic Finance) and OFSGOE (Strategic Growth & Operational Excellence) — together with the scholarly presence of its founder and a growing academy of training and capacity-building programmes.

Philosophy

Faith. Strategy. Innovation.

"Growth without ethics is fragile. Strategy without faith is hollow. Innovation without maqāṣid is misdirected. The Onike Framework refuses to choose between them."

From mosques and NGOs to Islamic banks, waqf and zakāh bodies, the framework offers a shared language and a shared standard — so that what we build today can serve generations tomorrow.

Engage the Framework
