Unlike many contemporary leadership and innovation models that begin with competencies, technology or skills, OFIKI begins with Islamic faith and knowledge before cultivating Purpose (Maqṣad / Risālah).
Purpose serves as the transformational bridge that ensures knowledge is applied ethically, innovation is value-driven, leadership is responsible, and societal impact contributes to the Maqāṣid al-Sharī‘ah.
