Purpose of the validation process

The Onike Framework is being subjected to structured stakeholder review in order to gather systematic evidence on how the framework is perceived and used by those it is designed to serve. The approach adopted is described as Stakeholder-Based Content and Face Validation: reviewers with relevant professional, scholarly or institutional experience assess the framework’s content against the objectives it claims to serve, and report their perception of its clarity and usability.

The review instrument gathers evidence on the following review criteria:

  • Clarity of concepts and language
  • Relevance to stated framework objectives
  • Usefulness to institutions and practitioners
  • Practical applicability in real institutional settings
  • Implementation readiness
  • Perceived Islamic and ethical alignment
  • Identified strengths and weaknesses
  • Areas requiring clarification or improvement

Evidence gathered through this process speaks to the perceived relevance, clarity, usefulness and applicability of the framework. It informs revision decisions, which are recorded in the Framework Refinement Log so that the path from feedback to framework revision remains auditable.
