Reflection
A strong spiritual life begins with disciplined prayer.
Ṣalāh is the believer's direct connection with Allah. When you perform ṣalāh, you speak to Allah (swt); when you recite the Qur'an, Allah (swt) speaks to you.
“Indeed, prayer restrains from immorality and wrongdoing.”— Qur'an 29:45
Move from understanding, to imagination, to supplication.
A strong spiritual life begins with disciplined prayer.

Do I feel uncomfortable continuing whatever I am doing when it is time for ṣalāh?
Does the adhān trigger the same feeling of excitement in me as a phone call from a loved one?
Five gifts from a life ordered around prayer.
Builds a firm bond with Allah.
Reduces stress and worries.
Keeps you away from immorality and wrongdoing.
Leads to righteousness in this world and the Hereafter.

“And whoever relies upon Allah — then He is sufficient for him. Indeed, Allah will accomplish His purpose.”— Sūrah Aṭ-Ṭalāq 65:3
