Day 29 — Keep Your Promises

Reflection

Trust is the invisible currency of every relationship — with Allah, with family, with community. It is spent every time we make a promise and repaid only when we keep it. A believer's word is a form of worship.

Metaphor — The Foundation Stone

A building stands firm because its foundation is strong and reliable. If the foundation is weak, even the most beautiful structure will eventually collapse. Likewise, trust is built upon promises consistently kept, and relationships endure because people can depend on our word.

Prayer

“O Allah, make me truthful in my promises, faithful in my commitments, and trustworthy in all my dealings. Grant me the sincerity to honour my word, the wisdom to promise only what I can fulfil, and the integrity to uphold every trust entrusted to me.” Aamiin.
