Application & Self-Assessment
Institution submits profile, governance documents and self-assessment across the six OTIIE™ layers.
Independent Review
An accredited OTIIE™ panel reviews evidence and conducts interviews, site visits or virtual assessment.
Scoring & Validation
Sub-indices computed, IIEI™ composite calculated, panel ratifies tier.
Award & Re-certification
Tier awarded for 24 months. Re-certification every two years, or earlier on material change.
