How the Score is Built
Indicator Scoring
Each indicator within a layer is rated 1–5 against the maturity rubric using independent evidence (audits, reports, interviews, observation).
Layer Sub-Index
Indicator scores are averaged within each component, weighted across components, and rescaled to 0–100 to produce the layer sub-index.
Composite IIEI™
Layer sub-indices are multiplied by their layer weight (20 / 15 / 15 / 15 / 15 / 20) and summed to produce the IIEI™ 0–100 score.
IIEI™ = 0.20·IIEF + 0.15·PVCF + 0.15·MIIF + 0.15·IVIF + 0.15·TSDF + 0.20·CIIFFrom Score to Certification
